Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role will also manage our relationship with an external marketing agency to ensure alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manage and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Content & Digital Marketing:
- Create and manage content for marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing agency to oversee digital marketing efforts such as SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance Adagrad’s brand image through various marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
- Analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
Agency & Vendor Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact with our empaneled marketing agency, ensuring they meet the company's marketing goals.
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing collateral, events, and other promotional activities.
Events & Promotions:
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate with sales teams to support promotional activities and lead generation efforts.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, generating reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
CRM Management:
- Manage and update Adagrad’s CRM system, ensuring accurate customer data and utilizing it for targeted marketing initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on the financial performance of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven success in executing marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing external agencies and vendors is a plus.
