The opportunity

We are looking for Marketing Intern candidates, to join our Pune office, who are curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn. As a Marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced marketing professionals, gaining valuable insights into the latest trends and techniques in marketing and be exposed to a range of tasks and projects, including:

• Conduct market research and market analysis.
• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prepare promotional presentations.
• Help distribute marketing materials.
• Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Conduct research as assigned, and present findings to supervisors
• Observe and assist with pricing strategies.
• Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns, and take detailed notes of meetings
• Assist in handling social media accounts, including the initial strategy creation and daily posting, engagement activities, marketing, and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web).
• Research, plan, and execute a marketing campaign under the direction and supervision of the marketing manager.
• Follow up on the outcome of said campaign, and prepare a presentation going over the highlights.
• Attend trade shows and provide all administrative support necessary for the marketing manager, including managing marketing materials, scheduling meetings, and watching the company’s booth at times.
• Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks and maintain organised files for the marketing team.

Skills and attributes for success

• Current enrolment in bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Marketing related field.
• Personality wise, you are curious, confident, and rigorous, dynamic, proactive, creative, and able to work under pressure within strict deadlines.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• In terms of languages, you are fluent in English, with any other language being considered as an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are interested in social media communication and video production, have excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and the willingness to work in an international environment.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics)
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
